At Diamant Regent, we want to make sure that you are satisfied with every purchase you make. We take pride into helping every single clients to ensure everything fits into their needs and their desires. If you are not completely happy with your order, our doors are wide open for support. 

For any refunds or returns, our policy strictly states that requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order.

Anything beyond this timeframe is considered a final purchase.

 

Items that aren't eligible for refund include:

Eternity rings

Wedding rings

Engagement rings

Items that aren't packaged the same way it was delivered

Items that have been altered, scratched, mishandled or misused from the client

Custom or personalized jewelry

Items worth over 10 000 CDN value

Please note that in the event of a return:

A restocking and delivery fee will apply to all returns and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
